Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety, lingerie and intimate products are non-returnable once opened or worn.

Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Sale items and custom products are non-refundable.

To request a return:

Log into your Account (top right corner).

Select the relevant order.

Choose Request Return/Refund and follow the instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
