Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety, lingerie and intimate products are non-returnable once opened or worn.

  • Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items and custom products are non-refundable.

  • To request a return:

    1. Log into your Account (top right corner).

    2. Select the relevant order.

    3. Choose Request Return/Refund and follow the instructions.

     

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
