Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Account (top right corner).

United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping on orders over £30. Standard £3.99 (2–4 business days), Express £5.90 (1–3 business days).
European Union: Free Standard Shipping on orders over £70/€80. Standard £9.90–£12.90 (5–10 business days), Express £24.90–£26.90.
International (US, Canada, Australia, Asia & more): Free Standard Shipping on orders over £120. Standard £14.90–£19.90 (7–15 business days), Express £29.90.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Due to hygiene and safety, lingerie and intimate products are non-returnable once opened or worn.
Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Sale items and custom products are non-refundable.
To request a return:
1. Log into your Account (top right corner).
2. Select the relevant order.
3. Choose Request Return/Refund and follow the instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
